HEALTH CAMP

As part of our healthcare outreach, we conduct eye, ENT, dental and diabetes camps, as well as camps in other specialized medical fields, for Ujjivan's customers and their families, across India. These camps are conducted in partnership with hospitals and colleges. The aim with these camps is to (1) create awareness, (2) identify the patient's problem and (3) help the patient to get treatment at an affordable rate. Parinaam also conducts follow-ups with those who are undergoing treatment. By bringing healthcare directly to communities, health camps help bridge gaps in healthcare access, promote early detection of health issues, and empower individuals to take charge of their well-being.

Health camps play a crucial role in promoting healthcare access and awareness, particularly in underserved communities. These camps are often organized by healthcare organizations, NGOs, or governmental agencies and provide a range of medical services and screenings to people who may not have regular access to healthcare facilities. From basic check-ups and vaccinations to screenings for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, health camps offer invaluable preventive and diagnostic healthcare services.

Additionally, they serve as platforms for health education, raising awareness about topics such as hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention. By bringing healthcare directly to communities, health camps help bridge gaps in healthcare access, promote early detection of health issues, and empower individuals to take charge of their well-being.
